Long Term Lease – South Bank Corporation

The MOPL team provided South Bank Corporation with end-to-end procurement services for the tender process for the long term lease of a multi-million dollar property in 2014. Services included planning, tender document preparation, tender management, evaluation report preparation and contract finalisation.

Construction Tender

Probity advisory services were provided to the multi-million dollar tender process for Ergon Energy’s re-development of its Garbutt site in Townsville in 2014. Services included a review and feedback on all documentation including ITT documents and evaluation plan, probity planning and briefing, oversight and review of the evaluation process, project governance and reporting.

The MOPL team undertook a complete review of a client’s contract management framework. The review was driven by a problematic implementation of a major outsourcing arrangement and the realisation that the client required a better framework to manage it increasing contracts portfolio. MOPL completed the review and produced a report including several recommendations and a framework for effective contract management going forward.
